The poster hasn´t post it yet or your News-Server hasn´t fetched it:
Sollution: Wait a day or two.
You have saved the part (especially Winsplit or Mastersplitter), but you cannot see it in your Win95 Explorer or temp. folder.
Sollution: It is an Option of win95 to hide system files. System
files are recognized with its extension (.vxd .dll .386). Many System files have numerical extensions. The most known i.e. is vshare.386, a virtual device. So If you miss files, you have allready saved, uncheck this
option.
In Windows Explorer choose View, Options.
Select View and check the Controllbox “Show all files”
(In other Versions of win95, the way can be differrent, but the option is the same.)
Your News-Server didn´t fetch all files.
Many News-Servers are to slow, or have small capacity to pick all files from the Newsnet. The more messages are post, the more traffic is necessary,
to complete all groups on all servers. Every repost or request increases the traffic. So many news-server aren´t able to handle this. Try the news-server I use since about two years: Easynews
